STS石英砂輸送系統(tǒng)介紹

     石英輸送設(shè)備功能、組成及原理：

     設(shè)備功能：

     石英砂輸送系統(tǒng)是連續(xù)制管生產(chǎn)線上輔助設(shè)備，用于CFW連續(xù)制管纏繞機(jī)石英砂的定量輸送。

     設(shè)備組成：

     石英砂儲(chǔ)存罐、氣動(dòng)輸送系統(tǒng)、夾砂裝置、管路、稱重及電氣控制系統(tǒng)等機(jī)構(gòu)組成。

     工作原理：

     石英砂儲(chǔ)存罐有計(jì)重裝置，當(dāng)罐內(nèi)石英砂儲(chǔ)存重量小于一定量，有報(bào)警燈提示要向罐內(nèi)加入石英砂。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)石英砂量大于一定量時(shí)報(bào)警解除。石英砂儲(chǔ)存罐與夾砂裝置之間輸送受控于計(jì)算機(jī)，當(dāng)夾砂裝置內(nèi)的石英砂量少于一定量時(shí)氣力輸送泵會(huì)自動(dòng)向夾砂裝置內(nèi)注入石英砂，當(dāng)夾砂裝置內(nèi)的石英砂量大于一定量時(shí)氣力輸送泵會(huì)自動(dòng)停止向夾砂裝置內(nèi)注入石英砂。石英砂儲(chǔ)存罐、夾砂裝置內(nèi)石英砂量在在計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕都會(huì)顯示

Introduction to Sand Transport System

Equipment function, composition and working principle:

Function--

As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Sand Transfer System is designed for the sand transport.

Composition--

It mainly consists of sand storage tank, pneumatic transfer system, sand feeding system, pipeline, weighing device and electrical control system.

Working principle--

Sand storage tank is equipped with weighing device. Once the sand storage in the tank is under certain amount, there will be a warning light which indicates to add sand into the tank and light will go out as it's over a certain amount. The transport between storage tank and sand feeding device is controlled by computer. When the sand in the sand feeding device is under certain amount, pneumatic transport pump will automatically add sand into the feeding device and stop as it reaches a certain amount. Sand amount of both storage tank and feeding device will be displayed on computer screen.
