    設(shè)備功能

    管道水壓測試機(jī)是連續(xù)管道生產(chǎn)線上檢測設(shè)備用于連續(xù)纏繞管道水壓測試，

    設(shè)備組成

    其主要由水壓測試機(jī)受力框架、液壓升降車、固定受力盤、移動(dòng)受力盤 、固定端密封盤、移動(dòng)端密封盤、移動(dòng)推進(jìn)裝置 、注水增壓系統(tǒng) 、液壓系統(tǒng) 、電控及測試數(shù)據(jù)顯示系統(tǒng)等機(jī)構(gòu)組成。

     工作原理

     將要測試水壓管道放置在測試機(jī)滾道上，起動(dòng)液壓裝置，升降車將管道升起，使管道中心與密封盤中心相同。調(diào)整好升降車上的中心定位裝置，固定好移動(dòng)推進(jìn)裝置（同規(guī)格的管道只需調(diào)整、固定一次）。起動(dòng)液壓裝置推動(dòng)移動(dòng)受力盤將管道兩端壓入固定端密封盤、移動(dòng)端密封盤內(nèi)。鎖定移動(dòng)受力盤，起動(dòng)注水泵，管道內(nèi)注滿水后。起動(dòng)增壓泵增壓到設(shè)定壓力后，增壓泵自動(dòng)停止并自動(dòng)關(guān)閉增壓管道上閥門，保壓到設(shè)定時(shí)間后，聲光提示。手動(dòng)按鈕泄壓。移動(dòng)受力盤后退使管道兩端從密封盤內(nèi)撥出放水。完成管道水壓測試工作。

Introduction to Pipe Hydro-testing Machine  

Equipment function, composition and working principle:

Function--

As an auxiliary equipment in the continuous winding production line, Pipe Hydro-testing Machine is designed for the hydro-static testing of continuous winding pipes.

Composition--

It mainly consists of machine stress frame, hydraulic lifting truck, fixed stress plate, movable stress plate, fixed sealing plate, movable sealing plate, movable propelling device, filing and forcing system, hydraulic system, electrical control and testing data display system.

Working principle--

Put the pipe for the hydro-testing onto the testing track and start the hydraulic lifting truck to raise the pipe, aiming the pipe center at those of sealing plates. Then, adjust the center locating device of lifting truck and fix the movable propelling device (pipes of same specification only need adjustment and fixation for once). Start hydraulic device to push movable stress plate which presses the pipe ends into fixed sealing plate and movable sealing plate separately, and lock the movable stress plate. Meanwhile, start filing pump to fill the pipe. After the pipe is full, start the forcing pump to setting pressure and the pump will automatically stop and close the valve of the pressure pipeline. Keep the pressure to the pre-setting time until a light warning. Press manual button to release pressure. Afterwards, move back the stress plate to make both pipe ends extracted from the sealing plates and drain, thereby finishing pipe hydro-testing.
